Available Positions
A. Scope of Job:
Direct loan production activities within assigned
geographical territory (RECC approved states) by soliciting
residential and commercial mortgage brokers to achieve volume and
profit objectives of RECC.
B. Responsibilities:
Solicitation of residential and commercial mortgage brokers
and other mortgage related professionals.
Initial pre-screening of loan submissions to ensure compliance with
RECC loan programs.
Discuss loan requests that may require program exceptions with RECC
Managing Director to determine structure and recommendations for
conditional approval, modifications or denial.
Communicate feedback on specific loan requests with originators.
Assist Production Analysts when necessary to complete credit files
and ensure successful loan closings.
C. Qualifications and Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be

Approximately 5+ years multifamily and commercial real estate
lending experience, wholesale lending, strong analytical,
organizational and communication skills.

A. Scope of Job:
Position supports Origination and Underwriting in the
areas of initial underwriting analysis of new multifamily and
commercial loan requests.
B. Responsibilities:
Assist in the evaluation of current and historical data
presented in a newly registered loan requests.
Stay abreast of changes in loan underwriting guidelines and
secondary market requirements.
Examine initial loan documentation to ensure accuracy and
completeness.
Assist in maintaining ongoing relationships with mortgage
brokers and banks.
Discuss loans with RECC Managing Director to determine structure
and recommendations for conditional approval, modifications or
denial.
Assist with a review of credit files including but not limited
to entity documents, financial statements, credit reports,
historical and current operating data on the property,
preliminary title reports.
C. Qualifications and Skills:
