Headquartered in Charlotte, NC, RECC is a privately held commercial
mortgage lender specializing in wholesale mortgage lending to financial
intermediaries. RECC also lends directly to borrowers on a direct
retail basis in certain markets throughout the country. RECC and
Commercial Real Estate Capital Company, Inc. ("CREC"),
a wholly owned subsidiary, lend nationally on commercial and
multifamily real estate.
